At Francesca Bakery, panettone is made using classic Italian holiday methods passed through generations. Each loaf follows a long fermentation process that builds light texture, deep aroma, and rich flavour.

We prepare each panettone using natural sourdough, slow fermentation, and carefully balanced ingredients. The result is a soft, airy structure with fruit, chocolate, or nut layers inside.
