At Francesca Bakery, our cannoli are made using traditional Sicilian methods passed down through generations. Originating from Sicily, cannoli are one of Italy’s most iconic pastries, known for their crisp shell and rich ricotta filling.
We prepare each cannolo fresh in-house using time-honoured techniques. The shell is lightly fried to achieve a crisp bite with a delicate texture. The filling is made from fresh ricotta, lightly sweetened and whipped to a smooth, creamy finish.
